22 horses hit fast workouts as sunshine returns, with Preetam Daby and Selvom Mootien yards leading.
In complete contrast to yesterday, weather conditions were excellent for this morning's training session. Horses from the yards of Preetam Daby and Selvom Mootien were particularly active, engaging in fast workouts.
Training Activity Overview
A total of 22 horses underwent fast workouts today. Meanwhile, horses from the Vincent Allet, Rameshwar Gujadhur, Carl Hewitson, and Vicky Ruhee yards limited their exercise to light cantering. The Gujadhur Stable also sent their string out for light exercise but restricted them to trotting only.
Notable Workouts
- Bless My Path, the highest-rated horse at Preetam Daby's yard, was the first to gallop, completing a workout over 1,000 metres.
- Grande Rosalie, one of two fillies at Preetam Daby's yard, galloped for the first time, partnered by Liquid during the workout. The other filly, Dunzie, performed a strong canter before the session concluded.
- Royal Sovereign from Selvom Mootien Stable was the first from his yard to gallop, producing a sharp spurt over 400 metres.
- Whipping Boy, also from Selvom Mootien, was equipped with a noseband and hood during his workout, covering 1,000 metres.
