It was a very busy Easter weekend for our boys abroad and as always, they more than proved themselves.

After a win aboard Let's Talk in the 4th race at Ascot on Easter Saturday, Laqdar Ramoly added two more victories to his weekend tally at York on Easter Monday, securing a race-to-race double with Myzoom and Star Hostess in the 2nd and 3rd races respectively.

Over in New Zealand on Easter Monday, four of our jockeys made their mark. Of the 10-race card at Riverton, four races were won by Mauritian riders. Teddy Ladouceur made the most of his two mounts, finishing with a perfect 100% strike-rate after winning aboard Sympathique in the 3rd race and Freddie Time in the 8th. Also entering the winner's enclosure were Rohan Mudhoo on Shooting Stride (5th race) and Yogesh Atchamah with Iffidit (7th race). Meanwhile, at Waverley racecourse, Kavish Chowdhoory steered King Of Hearts to victory in the 8th race.

Riverton had also hosted racing on Easter Saturday, with Yogesh Atchamah guiding A Mandarin to success in the 4th race. Later that same day in South Africa, Girish Samo-Burthia claimed his first win of the year — and the third of his career — aboard Dark Silver in the 5th race at Turffontein.
