Fast Workouts:
Horses from the yards of Vincent Allet, Ramapatee Gujadhur, Rameshwar Gujadhur, Selvom Mootien, Vicky Ruhee, and Amar Sewdyal participated in fast workouts, showing readiness despite the wet conditions.
Trotting and Light Canters:
Lighter exercises were undertaken by horses trained by Preetam Daby, Carl Hewitson, Samraj Mahadia, and Arveen Nagadoo.
Highlights:
- Hubble was the first to gallop, working over 800 metres.
- Willie John teamed up with The Gatekeeper for a sharp workout. Willie John pulled away in the home straight, showing a fine turn of foot and indicating race readiness.
- Captain Cola impressed with a strong 600-metre sprint, quickening smartly in the straight.
- Vincent Allet's stable stood out with sharp displays from Captain Mike, Cybotix, Master Point, Royal Wulff, and Nordic Prince.
- Gujadhur's stable completed two laps with notable efforts from Wugug, Zoomie, and Grand Bay.
- Havana Moon looked at ease during its workout, while Kaisarissa needed urging from Rye Joorawon to stay in touch.
