Two sides in the Eight with some momentum – both taking important wins against good opposition last week.
For Hawthorn they just had to win to reverse a three game losing streak and stop the view that against good teams they are vulnerable.
Taking on the Crows could set that in stone. They led from the off against the Bulldogs and simply offered no comeback potential.
There will always be a bit of lair in this Hawthorn side but when they play footy in their style they are exciting.

Adelaide will be coming to Tassie and looking to reverse the last time they played the Hawks which was not great.
But their last effort against the Premiers was very strong in a tight, competitive and low scoring fixture.
They have done that a couple of times this year so scoring needs to be greater. But down in Launceston, scoring is not always huge.
Adelaide has the best percentage in the comp which shows things are working at worst on the defensive end as well.
The Crows have played OK here. That is reflected in the evenness of the betting. Would not be surprised if they win.
