Desert Flower will face eight rivals as she attempts to stretch her unbeaten record to six in the Epsom Oaks on Friday.
Last year's Fillies' Mile heroine took her record to five from five with a smooth success in the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket on her reappearance, with Charlie Appleby's daughter of Night Of Thunder now a general 13/8 chance to take the step up to a mile and a half in her stride.
She will face strong opposition from the Aidan O'Brien-trained trio of Minnie Hauk, Giselle and Whirl. All three will head to Epsom on the back of victories in their respective trials, with Minnie Hauk successful in the Cheshire Oaks, Giselle a commanding winner of a small field trial at Lingfield and Whirl triumphant in the Musidora Stakes at York's Dante meeting.
The Saeed bin Suroor-trained Elwateen, who was supplemented by connections Shadwell, will take on Desert Flower once more having finished a highly promising fourth behind her in the 1000 Guineas on just her second outing.
Ralph Beckett has declared Revoir who finished a short-head behind Ed Walker's Qilin Queen in the Listed Childwickbury Stud Fillies' Trial Stakes at Newbury in May. Qilin Queen will also take her chance, with Tom Marquand booked to ride.
Joseph O'Brien's Wemighttakedlongway and John and Thady Gosden's Go Go Boots round out the nine.
On the same card, the Francis-Henri Graffard-trained Calandagan heads a field of seven for the Betfred Coronation Cup.
The Aga Khan Studs-owned son of Gleneagles will be looking to get back to winning ways having finished runner-up in the Group 1 Juddmonte International, Qipco British Champions Stakes and Dubai Sheema Classic on his last three starts.
The four-year-old will take on O'Brien's former St Leger Stakes winners Jan Brueghel and Continuous, while the Marco Botti-trained Giavellotto takes his chance after finishing fifth behind Calandagan in the aforementioned Dubai Sheema Classic at Meydan.
Charlie Appleby will rely on former Futurity Stakes winner Ancient Wisdom, with Ralph Beckett saddling his Irish Oaks heroine You Got To Me, who now sports the silks of Amo Racing.
Bellum Justum rounds out the septet.
